Should I be happy that she has some kind of emotion towards me?

Not her exact words but she didn’t quite have words for “it”

Should I be happy that she almost cried herself to sleep last night?

Should it please me that she wanted to tear her flesh so she would stop “it”?

So she could possibly stop feeling anything towards me.

Should I be happy that she’d give her heart for my lust?

For a little infatuation?

Yet she won’t give her heart to me.

Surely I should be happy that being with me would mean no more solemnity for her,

No more sadness, no more hurt…

but I hurt her.

Should I be happy that she berates herself so much that she doesn’t realize that she’s the “she” that I use those words to describe…

What should I feel when she’s too blind to see and too insecure to notice.

What the fuck should I feel when she’s so delusional she envies herself?

How Good Is She?

How good at this fight is she?
She is unarmed and her fists are down but she is winning.
Nights like flames burn me as I lay awake thinking of her.
How good with words is she?
Of no necessity to talk to me yet I hear her voice in my head every day
A simple 2-minute call or letter just to say “hi” would melt me whole. Make me float away
How good a mentalist is she?
Oblivious to it- she wields control over my thoughts.
All I have is free time- I think of her to pass it.
How good is she?
Like a spacecraft hitting the ocean surface; I fell in love with her in mere seconds.
“How good is she” you ask?
Good. Such a word falls at her feet and loses purpose.
An understatement.
She’s perfect.
